How quickly will my order be shipped out?
All paid orders placed on our site will ship out within 24 hours. If you place an order on Saturday after 10:00am it will not ship until that following Monday. If you pay via money order your order will be shipped once the money order is received. If you pay via check, your check must clear before your order ships. Cut off times for shipping the same day are 12:00pm Central Time.

How do you ship your products?
All of our orders are shipped out via UPS, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. It simply depends on what option you choose in the checkout process. If your order is returned to us due to our mistake, we will gladly resend the items to you as quickly as possible. However, if the shipping address matches the address provided by you and it is returned to us, you will have to pay a second shipping charge for your items to be resent to you. The second shipping charge is the same as your first shipping charge on the original order. Please make sure to check that your shipping address is always updated. How do preorders work?
First, we would like to let everyone know, we do not receive product until after a release date. Sometimes we offer a product for sale before it is released by the manufacturer. If you purchase one of these items your credit card (or paypal account) will be billed at the time the order is placed. If you put other items on the same order, we will ship out the available product that is not set for presale with the presale items when they come into stock. Also, when you preorder an item, be aware that this is not a guarantee that the item will be in stock on the day of the release for shipment. You are simply paying for the product and placing yourself on a list of first come first serve customers. This also creates a price freeze (since you have already paid for it) on the product you want without the chance of the price rising after you purchase it. For example, if you buy a sealed box from a soon to release set and get it for $90 USD and our price for that box goes up on our website to $100 USD, you will not be responsible for the difference of $10 USD because you preordered this product. If by chance you purchase a preorder item and we do not get that product in stock within 60 days of the release date, you will have the option to either wait until it comes into stock, or you can send us an email on your order expressing that you would like a refund for that product. We buy many products, but do not guarantee that we will get enough for everyone, but will work dilligently to get ANY card that you need. Please also realize that The Mana Fix can cancel any order at any time and for any reason. Typically, we do not wait 60 days to contact any customer about a pre-order. Any pre-orders of more then four of a single card are subject to refunding. If a customer pre-orders more then four of a single card and we do not receive them in the first shipment of product, we refund the entire order.

You can simply email us at sales@manafix.com. Please allow two days (48 hours) for us to get to your e-mail and answer it.

Selling to us?

When selling us your cards, please keep in mind that our policy is to render store credit first. We do make exceptions for all orders, considering that person may not want more cards, because they are leaving Magic: The Gathering. Until further notice, all orders will be paid in store credit instead of check or electronic paypal transfer. Please be advised that we may decide to change our policy at any time and that we may only offer check payments or paypal transfers for certain situations (on a case-by-case basis). So, before sending us your cards, please contact us about other payment options. We also take factory sealed product and sleeves!! We try to provide the best customer service possible and hope to do business with you as many times as we possibly can!

Policy Update: July 2, 2010. If you decide to send and sell us cards that are counterfeit, altered (not matching the exact description of the original card), or foreign language texts, we will automatically not approve your whole order. We will not be responsible for the return of these cards. Also, prices are only garaunteed for one week. This means that you have seven days to get us your cards in order to freeze the quoted price in your emails. If they are not received by the seventh day, prices are subject to change due to changes in the market value of each card to the present day value. If this happens, you will get an updated price on your buy order. If you at that point send us back an email saying that you do not agree to the new price, you will be obligated to provide the return shipping cost prior to us sending back the cards. If we receive no email back about not accepting our new quoted prices (within two days of quoted new offer), we will provide payment quoted from the new offer to you within 5 business days.
